Hold the film on one hand and completely remove the white protective film from the patch. Gently place the adhesive side down, directly onto your forehead, taking care not to touch your eyebrows with the patch. Press the patch straight down to firmly adhere to skin. For best results, wear overnight or for at least four hours. Remove and discard patches. Follow with your usual skincare routine. |
