However, based on customer feedback, it seems that this product falls short of expectations. Multiple customers reported that after just a few uses, the non-stick coating on the wok started to come off. Some even experienced extensive burn marks on the inside that were difficult to wash away, despite following the recommended cleaning instructions. The non-stick surface seemed to be ineffective, with food sticking to the pan instead. One customer mentioned that the wok discolored easily, which was disappointing. Another customer found that the wok was not suitable for induction cooking as it burnt the pan even on low heat, leaving marks on their brand new induction hob.
