Loma Vista All Rock Music Editorial Review
Ghost's Impera CD has received mixed feedback from customers. While some have praised the album for its haunting melodies and poetic lyrics, others have criticized its lack of originality and compared it unfavorably to the band's previous work. One customer, who gave the album five stars, called it "a masterpiece" and praised its "dark and mystical vibe." Another reviewer, who gave it three stars, described it as "a solid effort" but noted that it lacked the "catchy hooks" of some of the band's earlier songs. However, other customers were more critical of Impera. One reviewer who gave it just two stars described it as "boring" and "predictable," while another called it "a massive disappointment" compared to Ghost's previous albums. Overall, it seems that Impera is a divisive album that is unlikely to win over fans who are already on the fence about the band. However, those who enjoy Ghost's unique brand of gothic rock are likely to find something to appreciate in this latest offering.
