Nature Zone Food 54511 Editorial Review
In reviewing the Cricket Total Bites 9oz, customer experiences present a mix of satisfaction and frustration. Users appreciate the product for its effectiveness in sustaining feeder insects, particularly super worms and roaches, noting that the crickets thrive on the bites and exhibit better longevity when fed this product. The freshness of the batch and its pleasant fruity aroma have also garnered positive mentions, enhancing the desirability of this cricket feed. However, some users have expressed concern over the packaging, specifically regarding the lack of resealability in the pouch, which they feel contributes to the product drying out prematurely. This has led to recommendations to store it with a water gel to prolong its viability. Additionally, there are complaints about not receiving the expected product—receiving a smaller and damaged version has caused dissatisfaction, compounded by issues related to return shipping policies. Overall, while the nutritional value and appeal of the product for the intended feeder insects are acknowledged, the packaging and product delivery aspects appear to be significant points of contention for customers. **
