répondre: About 6.5 cm, there is a moisture pad that can be inserted that adds about .5 cm or removed if the .5 cm increase in height matters. Boots are very comfortable and I use them to increase height so I can safely touch the ground when on my road bike. Gives a lot better stability if you can be flat-footed when on a big bike. -
